RICE was set up with a dream to provide quality training and education to the aspiring young minds and strike an innovative balance between the academicians and the need of industry or governance.

In its quest for excellence RICE started its humble journey from the doors of Dishari Bhawan in the year 1985 and now has 25 Branches scattered over 13 districts of West Bengal. Students from various disciplines flock here to learn and to get ready for the career. 

In the brief space of time that RICE has existed, it has taken firm roots and its passed out students have spread throughout the state and country and assumed responsible positions in various sectors not only in Government sectors but also in leading Private Institutions.
