Our Course Director and a group of experienced teachers with great dedication and untiring sincere effort have been providing scientific guidelines for different competitive examinations. They have been taking classes at the RICE branches and have been giving uniform guidelines to all the students at all the centres.

Teaching Methodology

At RICE, we have personnel who go through the different print media on a daily basis searching for any advertisement of Government Service released by different commissions. Accordingly we make our students aware of these advertisements and help them to fill up the corresponding application forms. This is one of the reasons why our students are able to appear more examinations than their counterparts in other institutions. There is no chance of missing any ‘Situation vacant’ advertisement of any Government/Semi-Government agencies.

During the training session the students are made to appear at numerous examinations which help them to be acquainted with the psychometric process examination i.e. time-bound problem solving techniques within a certain period of time under tremendous pressure of limited time-method adopted by most of the major examinations of the country today.

Special Class

RICE conducts special classes according to the students’ performance in monthly examinations and pre-examination model tests. Sometimes special classes are taken even on holidays in order to complete the syllabus within a short spell of time along with special classes and model tests. We also provide our students with precise and updated study materials for specified examinations.

Examination Results

We have an advanced computerized examination Result Analysis System. With the help of this system we analyse the progress of each student irrespective of the batch that he or she may belong to. The results are displayed in common notice boards for everyone’s viewing and ranks are declared according to the marks obtained. The ranking system serves as a motivating factor and at the same time help the students to undergo the process of self evaluation. The gradation system also helps the institute to evaluate the training programme and the effectiveness of the faculties conducting the various programmes. On the basis of this evaluation system and the analysis thereof, problem areas of individual students are identified and the members of the faculties are accordingly instructed to look into these grey areas and do the needful to get rid of the same.
